Gervasio Montez had great luck who in the 4thth minute grab hold of the ball when Carolo Tolino from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. After 7 minutes, Alvaro Cheche mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraná AFC and the Chorrillos FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alvaro Cheche kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Chorrillos FC's Hector Manni couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 8th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Paraná AFC. Bernardino Chuse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Montez having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carolo Tolino in the 14th minute of play forced Chorrillos FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Montez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bernardino Chuse who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 17thth minute tested the skills of Gervasio Montez when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 18 minutes, Carolo Tolino managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paraná AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Tolino was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carolo Tolino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carolo Tolino hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Bernardino Chuse fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gervasio Montez having to interfere. Generoso Montes took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised German Sauveur. German Sauveur dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bernardino Chuse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Gervasio Montez made a huge save. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ramiro Lizbeth made a kick off. Carolo Tolino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gervasio Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Tolino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulino Manuelo during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A hard shot 60 in the game by Generoso Montes from a close distance when the talented German Sauveur managed to make a qualified save. Paraná AFC's players were relieved. 62 minutes into the match, Paraná AFC's Bernardino Chuse sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gervasio Montez narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 65th minute, Bernardino Chuse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Carolo Tolino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Gervasio Montez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chorrillos FC's goalkeeper Gervasio Montez, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. A collision led to Chorrillos FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Paulino Manuelo hit a great ball. Gervasio Montez didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carolo Tolino went, in the 72nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. In the 77th minute Alvaro Cheche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gervasio Montez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gervasio Montez came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by Paraná AFC's Carolo Tolino. But to his dismay, Carolo Tolino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. In the 85th minute, Bernardino Chuse left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Paraná AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. In the 95th minute Ramiro Lizbeth shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but German Sauveur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 96 played minutes, Paraná AFC's Feliberto Olando shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gervasio Montez came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Paraná AFC reached it. Paraná AFC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
