Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gervasio Lucado got the match started through his kick off. Ariel Cilio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Schiffner getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Erasmo Abarca hit a great ball. When Clodoveo Guillen came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Barranca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clodoveo Guillen couldn't finish the play. Gervasio Lucado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Aaron Isauro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gervasio Lucado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ariel Cilio struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Luis Herena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Schiffner. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvador Eguzki during the 14th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Barranca's Salvador Eguzki got a free kick in the 15th minute. After having played for 26 minutes, Feliciano Marko managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barranca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Feliciano Marko was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pastor Matro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After having played for 35 minutes, Pastor Matro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Schiffner's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pastor Matro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mateo Martxel during the 38th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 38th minute, Mateo Martxel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulino Osasun hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Pastor Matro to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Ariel Cilio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Schiffner's supporters rose to their feet, but Ariel Cilio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luis Herena breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Schiffner's Modesto Oliverio got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pastor Matro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Schiffner's Aaron Isauro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Schiffner from getting a goal against them. Aaron Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Lucado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 65 played minutes Schiffner got a freekick which was hit by Erasmo Abarca. 66 minutes into the match, Barranca's Clodoveo Guillen broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Pastor Matro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70thth minute of the game Ariel Cilio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Barranca's Luis Herena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Aaron Isauro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Lucado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Paulino Osasun took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aaron Isauro. Aaron Isauro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. The supporters of Schiffner booed when Barranca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Guillen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 82nd minute Ariel Cilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Herena saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulino Osasun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aaron Isauro having to interfere. Modesto Oliverio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Feliciano Marko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulino Osasun's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aaron Isauro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play.
