The tension between the Caraguatay FC and the Luanco AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Virgilio Distiratsu to strike the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Virgilio Distiratsu in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elpidio Dalmai prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Virgilio Distiratsu in the 54th minute of play forced Caraguatay FC's goalkeeper Elpidio Dalmai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amadeo Basajaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tiburcio Neron having to interfere. The supporters of Caraguatay FC booed when Luanco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eriberto Tab didn't get a good kick on the ball. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
