The tension between the Malleo and the Chamicó FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Chamicó FC booed when Malleo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Santos Balendin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute Chamicó FC were awarded a corner. Gogo Orti went to the cornerflag to take it. Edelmiro Hermelando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Israel Pinto in the 22nd minute of the match. Rafael Ibar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Antonio Ostots tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 34 minutes, Gaston Jon mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Malleo and the Chamicó FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Malleo's Rafael Ibar got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Israel Pinto to strike the kick off in the second half. Epifanio Jaizki fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edelmiro Hermelando having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Gaston Jon dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Antonio Ostots, 2-1. In the 84th minute Epifanio Jaizki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Hermelando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edelmiro Hermelando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Jaizki in the 86th minute of play. Malleo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Israel Pinto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Edelmiro Hermelando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Epifanio Jaizki in the 94th minute of play. After 96 minutes, Delmiro Gartzea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chamicó FC and the Malleo players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th match minute, Chamicó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Gartzea to maneuver through the defense. Malleo's Rafael Ibar came free and shot a quick shot against goal 97 minutes in the game, fortunately Antonio Ostots had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Malleo were awarded a corner in the 99th minute after Chamicó FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Eduardo Naike took the corner. After taking down the ball on Malleo's corner Eduardo Naike fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Antonio Ostots quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Chamicó FC had won after a very even match.
