A collision led to Curacó getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Robustiano Cutberto hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Curacó's Narciso Lando slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Bernardino Bortzaioriz. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. Damian Pacorro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Cugat having to interfere. Lázaro Cugat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Damian Pacorro, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. Benito Peruanton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bernardino Bortzaioriz having to interfere. Marco Balendin charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marco Balendin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Damian Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Lázaro Cugat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robustiano Cutberto kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Mogote's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nestor Damario in the 45th minute. It was a well-played corner which Benigno Kimetz managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Sergio Peter sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute, Benigno Kimetz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Damian Pacorro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sergio Peter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Lázaro Cugat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Benigno Kimetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Curacó's goalkeeper Lázaro Cugat, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sergio Peter struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Lázaro Cugat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mogote. Lázaro Cugat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benigno Kimetz's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. Sergio Peter fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro Cugat having to interfere. Damian Pacorro struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Lázaro Cugat didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mogote. Damian Pacorro might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lázaro Cugat. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damian Pacorro ran back to his position shaking his head. The corner led Mogote's Nestor Damario to fire away a dangerous shot which Lázaro Cugat despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lázaro Cugat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sergio Peter in the 84th minute. Narciso Lando's late challenge caught a Mogote's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Narciso Lando helped the player get up and apologised. Lázaro Cugat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benigno Kimetz in the 88th minute. Lázaro Cugat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Pacorro in the 90th minute of the match. Benigno Kimetz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Benigno Kimetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Many of Mogote's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Mogote may have spent more time on the ball, but Curacó were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
