If Sergio Froylan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Florentino Fidencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aldo Mikolas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adrian Bakar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fausto Pelagius in the 11th minute of the match. In the 13th match minute, Caraguatay FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermin Amor to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 19 minutes, Fausto Pelagius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caraguatay FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fausto Pelagius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sergio Froylan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Adrian Bakar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eustacio Honrio hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Aldo Mikolas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Florentino Fidencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Aldo Mikolas took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Florentino Fidencio to make any attempt to save it. After some careless play in the Larroque AFC defense, Fausto Pelagius kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Adrian Bakar. The Larroque AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Adrian Bakar should have stopped the shot. In the 42nd minute, Fermin Amor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Caraguatay FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. 46 minutes into the match, Caraguatay FC's Sergio Froylan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adrian Bakar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Larroque AFC's Cayetano Sayvion got a free kick in the 47th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fausto Pelagius to make the kick off. Sergio Froylan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adrian Bakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Pelagius in the 57th minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Fausto Pelagius cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Adrian Bakar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Fausto Pelagius recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrian Bakar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Pelagius in the 64th minute of play. After 65 played minutes Caraguatay FC got a freekick which was hit by Samuel Abar. Melchor Cuarto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Florentino Fidencio having to interfere. Cayetano Sayvion got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of Caraguatay FC booed when Larroque AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cayetano Sayvion didn't get a good kick on the ball. Adrian Bakar was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fausto Pelagius showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-4 in the 81 minute of play. 87 minutes into the match, Larroque AFC's Melchor Cuarto sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florentino Fidencio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Melchor Cuarto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 91 minutes into the game, Melchor Cuarto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-4. Florentino Fidencio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
