Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Generoso Refugio got the match started through his kick off. Cristobal Xacintu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Generoso Refugio in the 3rd minute of the match. Generoso Refugio struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Cristobal Xacintu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Indacochea FC. 7 minutes into the game, Gustavo Enmanuel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Palmita AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Indacochea FC the free kick. Gustavo Enmanuel hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Cristobal Xacintu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Generoso Refugio, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. When the match had gone on for 9 minutes, Generoso Refugio took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Cristobal Xacintu to make any attempt to save it. In the 13th minute, Alberto Padro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnaldo Victoro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cornelio Santiago having to interfere. If Arnaldo Victoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute of the match Angel Ruisko sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cornelio Santiago skillfully saved the ball. In the 28th minute Arnaldo Victoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cornelio Santiago saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Palmita AFC's Cristobal Xacintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Generoso Refugio in the 34th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Generoso Refugio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cristobal Xacintu was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. Cornelio Santiago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arnaldo Victoro in the 38th minute of the match. In the 41st minute, Siro Urre had to leave the field with a concussion. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Blas Jaen during the 41st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Palmita AFC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Blas Jaen hit a great ball. In the 46th play minute Alejandro Roland came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Cristobal Xacintu. 2-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvano Vedillo made a kick off. Silvano Vedillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Indacochea FC's goalkeeper Cornelio Santiago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Arnaldo Victoro. Cornelio Santiago made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Arnaldo Victoro sent off a good shot on target. Silvano Vedillo struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Cornelio Santiago didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmita AFC. Cornelio Santiago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silvano Vedillo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Generoso Refugio came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Indacochea FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Generoso Refugio couldn't finish the play. After 78 played minutes Palmita AFC got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Enmanuel. Cristobal Xacintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Generoso Refugio in the 82nd minute of play. In the 84th match minute, Palmita AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Blas Jaen to maneuver through the defense. When Silvano Vedillo came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Palmita AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvano Vedillo couldn't finish the play. Gustavo Enmanuel struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. In the 93rd minute of the match, Silvano Vedillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Cornelio Santiago saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Alfonso Quinito fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palmita AFC's protests and gave Alfonso Quinito a yellow card for diving instead. After 94 played minutes Palmita AFC got a freekick which was hit by Alfonso Quinito. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victorino Jaen in the 96th minute of play forced Palmita AFC's goalkeeper Cristobal Xacintu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Palmita AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
