Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ovidio Birjaio started the match with the kick off. Braulio Reno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ovidio Birjaio in the 3rd minute of play. Braulio Reno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ovidio Birjaio, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Braulio Reno came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Correas FC's Segundo Ilixo. But to his dismay, Segundo Ilixo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 18th minute Eulalio Mano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Gilen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Delmar Manex could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 22nd minute of the match, but Ramon Gilen made a huge save. Danilo Lehen charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Danilo Lehen the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Delmar Manex blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramon Gilen having to make a save. Paula's Braulio Reno played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ovidio Birjaio in the 30th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eulalio Mano in the 33rd minute of play forced Correas FC's goalkeeper Ramon Gilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 33 played minutes Correas FC got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Lehen. Eulalio Mano spun around in front of the goal 35 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Correas FC's goal. Eustacio Tulio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Segundo Ilixo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmar Manex fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Gilen having to interfere. After the first half Correas FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eulalio Mano to make the kick off. After 52 played minutes Correas FC got a freekick which was hit by Danilo Lehen. Delmar Manex fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramon Gilen having to interfere. 57 minutes into the match, Paula's goalkeeper Braulio Reno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Segundo Ilixo. After having played for 60 minutes, Delmar Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Paula's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmar Manex was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ovidio Birjaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Braulio Reno having to interfere. 68 minutes into the match, Paula's goalkeeper Braulio Reno had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Segundo Ilixo. After having played for 81 minutes, Delmar Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 84th minute of the match Esteban Galindo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramon Gilen showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Segundo Ilixo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Delmar Manex managed to get in a good position for a shot. Paula's supporters rose to their feet, but Delmar Manex was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ramon Gilen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ramon Gilen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eulalio Mano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Correas FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
