Cazón's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristo Hondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Ranolfo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonatan Ekain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Bieito, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Hipolito Cuartio scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonatan Ekain, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 53 minutes of play, Dragones's Arnaldo Bieito made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonatan Ekain was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 60th minute, Prospero Isusko ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anacleto Lartaun hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Cazón's Jonatan Ekain proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 83rd minute of the match, managed to save Cazón from getting a goal against them. 85 minutes into the match, Dragones's Arnaldo Bieito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonatan Ekain narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
