Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Kinsen made the kick off and thus started the match. 5 minutes into the game, Samuel Gauargi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guaviraví's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Moctezuma AFC the free kick. In the 5th match minute, Guaviraví was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Gauargi to maneuver through the defense. Carlos Corderall's late challenge caught a Moctezuma AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Corderall helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute, Carlos Corderall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Moctezuma AFC's Roque Fero tried to score from far away in the 9th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Haroldo Ixona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Isias's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nestor Lugo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. After 18 played minutes Guaviraví got a freekick which was hit by Daniel Kinsen. Marcial Niva kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. If Haroldo Ixona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Isias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Guaviraví's zone, Juan Isias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nestor Lugo came out of the goal and Juan Isias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 31st minute of the game. One of Moctezuma AFC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Guaviraví:s goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Juan Isias kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Nestor Lugo. That made the score 1-1 in the 35 minute of play. Daniel Kinsen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cornelio Mikolas struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Julio Lluterio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaviraví. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Guaviraví's goalkeeper Nestor Lugo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Juan Isias took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nestor Lugo. Nestor Lugo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Haroldo Ixona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Lugo having to interfere. Moctezuma AFC's Juan Isias got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th match minute, Guaviraví was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustino Tiadoro to maneuver through the defense. Haroldo Ixona struck a weak shot in the 82nd minute. Nestor Lugo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Moctezuma AFC. After a rather tough play, Guaviraví's Carlos Corderall got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute of the match Roque Fero shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nestor Lugo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 95th minute Juan Isias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nestor Lugo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Haroldo Ixona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guaviraví's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
