Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Cactaca's Miguel Phelipe started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Cactaca's Danilo Haritz got a free kick in the 6th minute. Vieytes's Benedicto Oskarbi suffered a concussion after 8 minutes and had to leave the field. 8 minutes into the game, Agustin Natal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cactaca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vieytes the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cactaca's Agustin Natal got a free kick in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Vieytes's Gaston Endura broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After 12 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cactaca! Gaston Endura shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Vieytes's Eleuterio Frasco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesar Hori in the 17th minute of play. Evelio Mendebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Delmiro Ugutz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cesar Hori scored 0-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eleuterio Frasco, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Cactaca getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Agustin Natal hit a great ball. Evelio Mendebal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Delmiro Ugutz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Virgilio Cresitobalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Phelipe might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Eleuterio Frasco. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Miguel Phelipe ran back to his position shaking his head. Cactaca's Cesar Hori got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vieytes's Evelio Mendebal got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Miguel Phelipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Cactaca booed when Vieytes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgilio Cresitobalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Phelipe in the 42nd minute of play forced Vieytes's goalkeeper Eleuterio Frasco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Angel Celio fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vieytes's protests and gave Angel Celio a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Vieytes got a freekick which was hit by Angel Celio. In the 46th minute, Miguel Phelipe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After the first half Cactaca were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Evelio Mendebal made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Evelio Mendebal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vieytes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Mendebal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 56 minutes, Miguel Phelipe took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Eleuterio Frasco to make any attempt to save it. Virgilio Cresitobalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Delmiro Ugutz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute Miguel Phelipe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleuterio Frasco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 82 played minutes, Cactaca's Zeledon Lizar shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Eleuterio Frasco came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Cactaca reached it. Evelio Mendebal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Ugutz having to interfere. The Vieytes supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cactaca's performance. The match ended with a win for Cactaca.
