In the 12th minute, Haroldo Venceslas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Prospero Felipo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Filiberto Illart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albino Quinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arnoldo Che fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Illart having to interfere. Arnoldo Che received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Filiberto Illart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prospero Felipo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Illart having to interfere. If Albino Quinton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnoldo Che to strike the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Angélica FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Errando. After 54 minutes of play Angélica FC's Maximino Errando was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Maximino Errando kicked well hit freekick during the 54th minute of the match. When Teodoro Gaizkine came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Sunampa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Gaizkine couldn't finish the play. If Albino Quinton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Domeka struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Faustino Medardo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sunampa AFC. Faustino Medardo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oscar Domeka's shot from short distance in the 67th minute. Basilio Bartoleme hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. When Albino Quinton came up free with the goalie in the 78th minute, the Sunampa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albino Quinton couldn't finish the play. Arnoldo Che's late challenge caught a Sunampa AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arnoldo Che helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Angélica FC's Arnoldo Che got a free kick in the 89th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Angélica FC's zone, Albino Quinton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Faustino Medardo came out of the goal and Albino Quinton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Angélica FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
