Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Serafino Sidoro made the kick off which started today's match. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Serafino Sidoro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gil's supporters rose to their feet, but Serafino Sidoro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roman Urdaspal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Serafino Sidoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 12 played minutes, Gil's Rosendo Elodio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Roman Urdaspal came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Gil reached it. If Eulalio Macerio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Blas Nataniel fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gil's protests and gave Blas Nataniel a yellow card for diving instead. Blas Nataniel hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Claudio Mirande was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After having played for 22 minutes, Eulalio Macerio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gil FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Macerio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 23rd minute, Blas Nataniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eulalio Macerio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Garaile having to interfere. Claudio Mirande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Nereo Garaile tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Roman Urdaspal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Serafino Sidoro's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. 40 minutes into the game, Eulalio Macerio recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nereo Garaile. Eulalio Macerio showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. After 45 played minutes Eulalio Macerio rounded Gil's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eulalio Macerio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Aurelio Incendio's late challenge caught a Gil's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Aurelio Incendio helped the player get up and apologised. Gil FC's Eulalio Macerio got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Gil FC's zone, Teodosio Theobald stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Roman Urdaspal came out of the goal and Teodosio Theobald tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Claudio Mirande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gil's Nereo Garaile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Macerio in the 73rd minute of play. In the 74th minute, Claudio Mirande made a precise shot to the right of Nereo Garaile. Gil's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Nereo Garaile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Macerio in the 77th minute of the match. In the 82nd minute, Teodosio Theobald left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Gil fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1.
