In the 8th minute Niceto Veronica shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adolfo Salvidor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niceto Veronica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adolfo Salvidor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Veronica, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Jairo Timo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Nunez Monico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 20 minutes in the game, Luis Loramendi dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 22nd match minute, Usiyal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Cordarrol to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the match, Usiyal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Timo came free, but Nunez Monico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 31st minute Ignacio Argenis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Monico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nunez Monico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Timo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niceto Veronica recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adolfo Salvidor didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Niceto Veronica went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Timo in the 44th minute of play forced Usiyal FC's goalkeeper Nunez Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Usiyal FC's zone, Jairo Timo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nunez Monico came out of the goal and Jairo Timo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Osvaldo Gergori in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adolfo Salvidor prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Niceto Veronica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Osvaldo Gergori received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Adolfo Salvidor came out and tried to block the shot, but Osvaldo Gergori slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 60th minute. Dionisio Santiago charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dionisio Santiago the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Peyrano FC booed when Usiyal FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dionisio Santiago didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jairo Timo in the 66th minute of play forced Usiyal FC's goalkeeper Nunez Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Usiyal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Luis Loramendi came free, but Nunez Monico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jairo Timo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nunez Faro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Adolfo Salvidor made a huge save. In the 88th minute Luis Loramendi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nunez Monico saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind Usiyal FC's goalkeeper Nunez Monico, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 97 minutes into the match, Peyrano FC's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Gergori came free, but Adolfo Salvidor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Usiyal FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
