The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Hinojo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cipriano Abel came free, but Benedicto Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Celso Maria managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bañitos's supporters rose to their feet, but Celso Maria was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benedicto Franco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gonzalo Gerazan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Angelo Teyo made a huge save. When Cipriano Abel came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Bañitos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cipriano Abel couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Cipriano Abel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Benedicto Franco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 16 minutes, Saverio Iruinea mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hinojo FC and the Bañitos players grew even worse after the yellow card. Saverio Iruinea kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Cipriano Abel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Angelo Teyo guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. Gonzalo Gerazan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Teyo having to interfere. If Celso Maria had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th match minute, Hinojo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Julian Oliveiro to maneuver through the defense. 40 minutes into the match, Celso Maria notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Hinojo FC's Benedicto Franco. Benedicto Franco was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Celso Maria fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedicto Franco having to interfere. After 47 minutes, Cipriano Abel made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Hinojo FC's Benedicto Franco tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cipriano Abel to strike the kick off in the second half. Angelo Teyo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Totakoxe in the 60th minute of the match. Benedicto Franco made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Celso Maria sent off a good shot on target. 84 minutes into the match, Hinojo FC's goalkeeper Benedicto Franco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Celso Maria. Ezequiel Silbestre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 98th minute, Gonzalo Gerazan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelo Teyo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Bañitos had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
