Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Concordia's Bernardino Diaz started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Castellanos's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Diaz came free, but Vicente Pudes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixto Eztebe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Pudes having to interfere. 6 minutes into the match, Sixto Eztebe had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vicente Pudes. Castellanos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sixto Eztebe was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Sixto Eztebe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nemesio Belo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carlos Azibar having to interfere. Denis Erroman kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Apolo Abel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Concordia's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castellanos the free kick. In the 16th minute, Apolo Abel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mariano Ioritz was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 16th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 23 minutes into the game, Castellanos's Norberto Ado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Azibar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The supporters of Castellanos booed when Concordia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Apolo Abel didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 30th minute, Santiago Beti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Vinicio Izotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 39 minutes, Sixto Eztebe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Concordia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sixto Eztebe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carlos Azibar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nemesio Belo in the 42nd minute of the match. Norberto Ado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nemesio Belo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Sixto Eztebe's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 54thth minute, Vicente Pudes skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 56 played minutes, Castellanos's Mariano Ioritz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Carlos Azibar came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Castellanos reached it. Carlos Azibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Ado, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Sixto Eztebe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Vicente Pudes made a huge save. In the 67th minute, Nemesio Belo made a precise shot to the right of Carlos Azibar. Concordia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Norberto Ado might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Carlos Azibar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Norberto Ado ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Concordia's Santiago Beti got a free kick in the 76th minute. In the 79thth minute of the game Norberto Ado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Concordia's Carlos Azibar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Concordia booed when Castellanos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Tino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vicente Pudes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sixto Eztebe in the 88th minute. Santiago Beti hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute of the match Mariano Ioritz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Carlos Azibar skillfully saved the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Concordia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Castellanos.
