Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Silvestre Eliazar took the kick off in the first half of the match. The supporters of Famatanca AFC booed when Sumalao AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlando Chepe didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Pablo Leoncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 8 minutes, Pablo Leoncio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sumalao AFC and the Famatanca AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pablo Leoncio kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Silvestre Eliazar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sumalao AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Silvestre Eliazar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jose Victoro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Leoncio in the 14th minute of play forced Famatanca AFC's goalkeeper Jose Victoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Silvestre Eliazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes in the game, Ruben Abascal fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without German Javiar having to interfere. When Florentino Jerold fell near the penalty area in the 21st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sumalao AFC's protests and gave Florentino Jerold a yellow card for diving instead. Florentino Jerold kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Leoncio in the 26th minute of play forced Famatanca AFC's goalkeeper Jose Victoro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florencio Cesario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but German Javiar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. Florentino Jerold took the ball and in the 38 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose Victoro. Jose Victoro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Florencio Cesario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Florencio Cesario received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 49th minute. German Javiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Florencio Cesario to make the kick off. German Javiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Abascal in the 54th minute of play. Ruben Abascal struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. German Javiar didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Famatanca AFC. Florentino Jerold kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Famatanca AFC's Florencio Quico got a free kick in the 70th minute. Sumalao AFC's German Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Abascal in the 74th minute of play. A collision led to Sumalao AFC getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Rolando Gregory hit a great ball. In the 77th minute of the match Gualterio Nel sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but German Javiar skillfully saved the ball. Pablo Leoncio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jose Victoro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Samuel Cebrian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Victoro having to interfere. When Efrain Jurdan fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Famatanca AFC's protests and gave Efrain Jurdan a yellow card for diving instead. After 92 played minutes Famatanca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Jurdan. Sumalao AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
