German Javiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Modesto Bastia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Higinio Baudelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Eliazar in the 4th minute of play. When Modesto Bastia came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Cachiyuyo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Modesto Bastia couldn't finish the play. Silvestre Eliazar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 14 minutes into the game, Silvestre Eliazar recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Higinio Baudelio. Silvestre Eliazar showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Sumalao AFC's German Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norberto Iliana in the 20th minute of play. When Florentino Jerold fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sumalao AFC's protests and gave Florentino Jerold a yellow card for diving instead. In the 26th minute, Florentino Jerold hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. German Javiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rolando Abaurre, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Sumalao AFC's German Javiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rolando Abaurre in the 36th minute of play. During the 36th minute of the match Florentino Jerold completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Florentino Jerold a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Florentino Jerold kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. Rolando Abaurre sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 48 minutes into the match, Sumalao AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Bastia came free, but German Javiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Pablo Leoncio made the kick off in the second half. Silvestre Eliazar's late challenge caught a Cachiyuyo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvestre Eliazar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cachiyuyo AFC booed when Sumalao AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Eliazar didn't get a good kick on the ball. German Javiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rolando Abaurre in the 60th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Sumalao AFC's Silvestre Eliazar sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Higinio Baudelio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. German Javiar came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by Cachiyuyo AFC's Modesto Bastia. But to his dismay, Modesto Bastia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. 82 minutes into the match, Rolando Abaurre dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of German Javiar, 2-3. If Pablo Leoncio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pablo Leoncio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Higinio Baudelio having to interfere. Cachiyuyo AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
