If Eriberto Admon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Freddy Teyo charged in rather forcefully in the 9th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Freddy Teyo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 13th minute German Handi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tobias Ixaka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Eriberto Maraman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Neuquén FC's Tobias Ixaka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by German Handi in the 21st minute of play. Freddy Teyo took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ramon Uzuri. Ramon Uzuri dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Segurola's Ramon Uzuri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Freddy Teyo in the 31st minute of play. After having played for 34 minutes, Cristian Eli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Neuquén FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cristian Eli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 36 played minutes Segurola got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Pietro. Ciriaco Esquipula charged in rather forcefully in the 40th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ciriaco Esquipula the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Segurola getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ciriaco Esquipula hit a great ball. Ramon Uzuri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Freddy Teyo in the 45th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Freddy Teyo to make the kick off. After 53 played minutes Neuquén FC got a freekick which was hit by Paolo Hernandez. The supporters of Neuquén FC booed when Segurola was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Madeo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Neuquén FC's Paolo Hernandez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Tobias Ixaka came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Segurola's Eriberto Maraman. But to his dismay, Eriberto Maraman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Eriberto Admon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Neuquén FC's Freddy Teyo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ramon Uzuri. That made the score 1-2 after 69 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eriberto Admon got free with Ramon Uzuri in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Celestino Ubelteso kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Freddy Teyo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ramon Uzuri having to make a save. After having played for 86 minutes, Eriberto Maraman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Segurola's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eriberto Maraman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Eriberto Admon came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Neuquén FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eriberto Admon couldn't finish the play. If Freddy Teyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
