Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Gastres FC's Ildefonso Baraquiel started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Celedonio Tuste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Silvano Brion tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ildefonso Baraquiel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Silvano Brion was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. Remigio Martxelin's late challenge caught a Gastres FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Remigio Martxelin helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Gastres FC booed when Balcosna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Martxelin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th minute of the match Filomeno Ascencio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gerardo Gelmiro showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Silvano Brion showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ildefonso Baraquiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Gerardo Gelmiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fausto Eztebe in the 22nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ildefonso Baraquiel in the 27th minute of play forced Balcosna's goalkeeper Silvano Brion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigio Martxelin got his second yellow card in the match during the 31st minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 31st match minute, Balcosna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remigio Martxelin to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celedonio Tuste in the 32nd minute of play forced Balcosna's goalkeeper Silvano Brion to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Balcosna's goal looked a bit too open when Celedonio Tuste came free, but Silvano Brion reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silvano Brion showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celedonio Tuste in the 39th minute of the match. 45 minutes into the game, Marcelino Madaleno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gastres FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Balcosna the free kick. After 45 played minutes Gastres FC got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Madaleno. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodosio Cilio was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Balcosna's Teodosio Cilio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerardo Gelmiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gastres FC's goalkeeper Gerardo Gelmiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th minute, one of Balcosna:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Balcosna. The referee gave Gastres FC a penalty, 62 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonatan Gomesano, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Balcosna's Silvano Brion. 2-1. 70 minutes into the match, Celedonio Tuste had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvano Brion. Balcosna's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celedonio Tuste was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. 79 minutes into the game, Ildefonso Baraquiel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Silvano Brion. Ildefonso Baraquiel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-3. Celedonio Tuste was extremely unlucky when he, in the 94th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. The Gastres FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
