Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Eulalio Sotero took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Eulalio Sotero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carolo Abajas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gaspar Joseph in the 19th minute. 20 minutes into the match, Resistencia's goal looked a bit too open when Eulalio Sotero came free, but Carolo Abajas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Gaspar Joseph had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bunge FC's Eulalio Sotero in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Resistencia's goalie prevented a goal. 29 minutes had been played when some careless play by Resistencia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Moises Ostargi was slow to take the kick. During this time Bunge FC's players had a chance to rest. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilio Faro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Paolo Quintyn got free with Modesto Jatsu in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 61 minutes, Paolo Quintyn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Resistencia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paolo Quintyn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Emilio Faro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 67 minutes into the match, Bunge FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Faro came free, but Modesto Jatsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bunge FC's Modesto Jatsu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emilio Faro in the 68th minute of play. Modesto Jatsu was a little too slow when Paolo Quintyn got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 73rd minute. The score was now 0-1. When Enzo Roldan fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Resistencia's protests and gave Enzo Roldan a yellow card for diving instead. Paolo Quintyn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Modesto Jatsu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Bunge FC's Modesto Jatsu got control of the ball when Paolo Quintyn tried to sneak it across the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Eulalio Sotero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carolo Abajas. Resistencia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Eulalio Sotero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Bunge FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 91st minute, when Emilio Faro scored to the left of an out of position Modesto Jatsu, making the score, 1-2.
