Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Adolfo Eate kicked off to start the match. Benicio Selatse who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Andres Haimar when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Benicio Selatse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Andres Haimar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Cañada's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Eate came free, but Ceferino Garoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Cristo Porfiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernando Rami was extremely unlucky when he, in the 21st minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Andres Haimar made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Benicio Selatse sent off a good shot on target. If Fernando Rami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th match minute, Palominos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cristo Porfiro to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Cañada booed when Palominos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriana Furman didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Adolfo Eate's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ceferino Garoa was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. If Benicio Selatse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Palominos's goal looked a bit too open when Fernando Rami came free, but Andres Haimar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Javier Mateus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cañada fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 46th minute. Penalty!

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Rami stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ceferino Garoa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Eate, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. When Cristo Porfiro came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Palominos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristo Porfiro couldn't finish the play. In the 58th minute, Gaston Etxepare hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benicio Selatse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Palominos's Andres Haimar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Rami in the 68th minute of play. If Fernando Rami had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Haimar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Rami, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cañada's Ceferino Garoa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Eate in the 77th minute of play. Fernando Rami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Cristo Porfiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palominos's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristo Porfiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ceferino Garoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 89thth minute of the game Adolfo Eate who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cañada's Ceferino Garoa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Adolfo Eate cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ceferino Garoa was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Palominos's Adriana Furman got a free kick in the 95th minute. After 98 played minutes Palominos got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Martxel. When the match clock showed 101 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Fernando Rami sped through Palominos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Andres Haimar. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Palominos walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
