Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Reynaldo Bidun kicked off to start the match. Zacarias Cefero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Dayam, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Marciano Amor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Cefero having to interfere. Palermo FC's Bernardo Dayam got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the match, Quequén's goal looked a bit too open when Marciano Amor came free, but Zacarias Cefero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marciano Amor scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zacarias Cefero, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Faustino Guillem made a fantastic save in the 29th minute, when Reynaldo Bidun sent off a good shot on target. Reynaldo Bidun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 40 minutes into the game, Sixto Etxepare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quequén's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Palermo FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Quequén's Sixto Etxepare got a free kick in the 40th minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Marciano Amor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Palermo FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Marciano Amor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marciano Amor fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Cefero having to interfere.
Zacarias Cefero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Amor in the 64th minute of play. Bernardo Dayam recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Bernardo Dayam had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Quequén's zone, Bernardo Dayam stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zacarias Cefero came out of the goal and Bernardo Dayam tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Esteve Tulio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Guillem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Reynaldo Bidun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Palermo FC's Marciano Amor in the 95th minute got a chance for a shot 95th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Quequén's goalie prevented a goal. The Palermo FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Palermo FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
