Delmar Luzaide's late challenge caught a Ferré FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Delmar Luzaide helped the player get up and apologised. Delmar Luzaide kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Tomas Reno hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. If Arnulfo Errando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnulfo Errando struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Baldomero Matia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ferré FC. Rosario's Baldomero Matia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnulfo Errando in the 15th minute of play. If Felipe Tibalt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 17 minutes into the game, Gustavo Rosalio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rosario's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ferré FC the free kick. Gustavo Rosalio kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Jonathan Dorio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ermegildo Jaen was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. 25 minutes into the game, Arnulfo Errando cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Baldomero Matia was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Thanks to some nice moves Benigno Galeno could shoot a difficult shot in the 28th minute, which Ermegildo Jaen however easily saved by the left post. In the 29th minute, Jonathan Dorio fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Ermegildo Jaen, passed just outside the right post. Rosario's Benigno Galeno got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the match, Ferré FC's goalkeeper Ermegildo Jaen had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Benigno Galeno. Ermegildo Jaen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Dorio, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Baldomero Matia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnulfo Errando in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute Arnulfo Errando shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baldomero Matia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernabe Paz scored 0-2 in the 41st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Baldomero Matia, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ermegildo Jaen was a little too slow when Jonathan Dorio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnulfo Errando made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Felipe Tibalt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ferré FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Tibalt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Ferré FC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Victorio Primeiro hit a great ball. 64 minutes into the game, Jonathan Dorio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Ermegildo Jaen was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Rosario's Baldomero Matia got control of the ball when Arnulfo Errando tried to sneak it across the goal line. Bernabe Paz struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Baldomero Matia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ferré FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Jonathan Dorio managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Dorio was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ermegildo Jaen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arnulfo Errando could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Baldomero Matia made a huge save. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
