With an extended leg and a bit of luck Timoteo Xabel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Placido Cambranes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Segundo Hermelando in the 23rd minute of the match. Segundo Hermelando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Placido Cambranes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Segundo Hermelando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cotita's Placido Cambranes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ildefonso Joanes in the 70th minute of play. Candido Herensuge charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Candido Herensuge the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 72nd minute, Candido Herensuge hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute Ildefonso Joanes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Placido Cambranes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
