An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Mannuel in the 10th minute of play forced Porteña AFC's goalkeeper Denis Ellande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Mariano Aztore notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Porteña AFC's Denis Ellande. Denis Ellande was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 23rd minute Mariano Aztore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Ellande saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Esteban Peruanton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Mannuel having to interfere. Antonio Martxelin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Mannuel having to interfere. Porteña AFC's Denis Ellande played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Aztore in the 33rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mariano Aztore in the 37th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Denis Ellande prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Edgardo Honesto kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Porteña AFC's Matias Eneas got a free kick in the 40th minute. Denis Ellande made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Aztore in the 41st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flavio Mannuel in the 44th minute of play forced Porteña AFC's goalkeeper Denis Ellande to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Ruperto Mannuel managed to avoid a goal in the 48thth minute, when Porteña AFC's Esteban Peruanton fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Aztore was the one to do the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 53rd minute, Mariano Aztore managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lincho AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Aztore was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Denis Ellande breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 57 minutes into the match, Lincho AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodrigo Berasko came free, but Ruperto Mannuel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rodrigo Berasko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruperto Mannuel having to interfere. When Porteña AFC's Rodrigo Berasko in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lincho AFC's goalie prevented a goal. If Rodrigo Berasko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruperto Mannuel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodrigo Berasko, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 90 minutes into the game, Rodrigo Berasko cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ruperto Mannuel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
