Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Hormiguero AFC's Anacleto Horado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Anacleto Horado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Melchor Nesor having to interfere. In the 8th minute Diego Gilen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Melchor Nesor saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Diego Gilen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Melchor Nesor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hormiguero AFC's Anacleto Horado got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Diego Gilen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Gaudencio Azeari fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tapiales AFC's protests and gave Gaudencio Azeari a yellow card for diving instead. Gonzalo Vincent sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 26th match minute, Hormiguero AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aldo Toro to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Celso Sein sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Hormiguero AFC's Julian Lalla didn't even have to move. When Gonzalo Vincent came up free with the goalie in the 32nd minute, the Tapiales AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gonzalo Vincent couldn't finish the play. Melchor Nesor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aldo Toro, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Gonzalo Vincent kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julian Lalla. That made the score 1-1 in the 36 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Donio in the 43rd minute of play forced Hormiguero AFC's goalkeeper Julian Lalla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 45 minutes, Anacleto Horado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hormiguero AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anacleto Horado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gonzalo Vincent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Venancio Gaufred kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. In the 54th minute of the match Cosme Rito shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Melchor Nesor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Melchor Nesor didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 55th minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Julian Lalla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonzalo Vincent in the 64th minute of the match. Benito Odon hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Donio in the 70th minute of play forced Hormiguero AFC's goalkeeper Julian Lalla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Melchor Nesor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anacleto Horado in the 74th minute of the match. The supporters of Hormiguero AFC booed when Tapiales AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celso Sein didn't get a good kick on the ball. A hard shot by Cosme Rito from long distance, 77 minutes into the match, got Melchor Nesor's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Hormiguero AFC's Julian Lalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robustiano Donio in the 78th minute of play. In the 79th minute Robustiano Donio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julian Lalla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tapiales AFC's Robustiano Donio managed to work through Hormiguero AFC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Robustiano Donio dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. A collision led to Hormiguero AFC getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Benito Odon hit a great ball. Tapiales AFC were awarded a corner in the 100th minute after Hormiguero AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Celso Sein took the corner. The Tapiales AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Hormiguero AFC's performance. The match ended with a win for Hormiguero AFC.
