The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. With an all-out effort, Ayui FC's Inocencio Orland threw himself towards the right post 8 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Celso Ihintza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Felipe Luzea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chañarmyo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Luzea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Unax breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ayui FC's Emanuel Unax played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipe Luzea in the 17th minute of play. A collision led to Chañarmyo AFC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Benedicto Bordat hit a great ball. In the 20th minute, Baldomero Quintun sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chañarmyo AFC's Inocencio Orland didn't even have to move. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Horacio Hanot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Chañarmyo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Horacio Hanot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Emanuel Unax breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Candido Bortzaioriz succeeded in the game's 27th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Jose Beat hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Horacio Hanot struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Emanuel Unax didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chañarmyo AFC. Emanuel Unax showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Felipe Luzea in the 34th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felipe Luzea in the 40th minute of play forced Ayui FC's goalkeeper Emanuel Unax to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Celso Ihintza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ayui FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Celso Ihintza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Severiano Kismis short, quick shot in the 52ndth minute got Emanuel Unax to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Candido Bortzaioriz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inocencio Orland having to interfere. After 59 played minutes Ayui FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Bidun. Horacio Hanot sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Emanuel Unax showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horacio Hanot, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Felipe Luzea's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emanuel Unax read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Ihintza in the 68th minute of play forced Chañarmyo AFC's goalkeeper Inocencio Orland to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Ayui FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Horacio Hanot fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Benedicto Bordat came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Chañarmyo AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Benedicto Bordat couldn't finish the play. If Celso Ihintza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ayui FC's Candido Bortzaioriz got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 88 minutes into the match, Celso Ihintza had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inocencio Orland. Chañarmyo AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celso Ihintza was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Ayui FC had won after a very even match.
