Sixto Oxel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Horacio Hanot in the 34th minute of play. In the 39th minute, one of Chañarmyo AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chañarmyo AFC. Inocencio Orland went to the wrong direction when Freddy Oro was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Inocencio Orland showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilo Vimaro in the 45th minute of the match. Teofilo Vimaro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Horacio Hanot to make the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teofilo Vimaro couldn't finish the play. If Teofilo Vimaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 95 minutes into the match, Chañarmyo AFC's Horacio Hanot sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sixto Oxel narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
