Jacinto Abel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmita. Jacinto Abel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Lico, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Avellaneda FC's zone, Atilano Solustiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Abel came out of the goal and Atilano Solustiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 22 minutes into the match, Teo Buinton notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Avellaneda FC's Jacinto Abel. Jacinto Abel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jacinto Abel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marco Lico, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Atilano Solustiano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Raimundo Illart was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gilberto Iratze showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 34 minute of play. Avellaneda FC were furious when Hipolito Constancio was red carded, 40 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Avellaneda FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 39th minute. Penalty! Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

Saturnino Normando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Raimundo Illart tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Raimundo Illart came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Avellaneda FC's Denis Orlanda. But to his dismay, Denis Orlanda quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-3. If Marco Lico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 63 minutes into the match, Avellaneda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Solustiano came free, but Jacinto Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jacinto Abel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Solustiano in the 67th minute of the match. Avellaneda FC's Denis Orlanda got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 80 minutes into the match, Avellaneda FC's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Solustiano came free, but Jacinto Abel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Raimundo Illart showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Orlanda, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. If Saturnino Normando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Atilano Solustiano got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Saturnino Normando hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Jacinto Abel was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Hipolito Cloyo. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Palmita had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
