Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Jonatan Santo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rdth minute of the game Albino Galsino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rivadavia's Benigno Loreto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ivan Kauldi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Gilberto Araoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quebrachos's goalkeeper Gilberto Araoz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ivan Kauldi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benigno Loreto stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonatan Santo's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 20th minute Jonatan Santo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benigno Loreto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remigio Belmiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Benigno Loreto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rivadavia's Benigno Loreto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonatan Santo in the 29th minute of play. After 29 minutes of play, Quebrachos's Jonatan Santo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benigno Loreto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Remigio Belmiro managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quebrachos's supporters rose to their feet, but Remigio Belmiro was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benigno Loreto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonatan Santo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Remigio Belmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Loreto having to interfere. Benigno Loreto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonatan Santo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. 46 minutes into the game, one of Quebrachos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Quebrachos:s Gilberto Araoz showed great skill when he stopped Eustaquio Gasteiz:s penalty. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rolando Txatxu to strike the kick off in the second half. Rivadavia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eustaquio Gasteiz in the 55th minute. The corner ended in Eustaquio Gasteiz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Quebrachos's Gilberto Araoz did a great save. After having played for 57 minutes, Julio Flor managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rivadavia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Julio Flor was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Remigio Belmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benigno Loreto having to interfere. Benigno Loreto made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Remigio Belmiro sent off a good shot on target. The long shot by Siro Bernebe in the 69th minute really tested Benigno Loreto's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. If Remigio Belmiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rolando Txatxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Gilberto Araoz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Quebrachos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Rivadavia throughout the match.
