Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ciénaga's Antonio Honesto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Gualterio Bernard took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luis Florian. Luis Florian dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Cuipán FC's zone, Claudio Filipo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Iratxo came out of the goal and Claudio Filipo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 15 played minutes Cuipán FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Lamberto. Norberto Lamberto got his second yellow card in the match during the 19th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. A collision led to Cuipán FC getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Norberto Lamberto hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Claudio Filipo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ciénaga's supporters rose to their feet, but Claudio Filipo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nicolas Iratxo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Rolando Hermon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Erasmo Telo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicolas Iratxo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudio Filipo, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by German Chepe during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. German Chepe hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. When Ciénaga's Antonio Honesto in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cuipán FC's goalie prevented a goal.

54 minutes into the match, Cuipán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Honesto came free, but Nicolas Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gualterio Bernard fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Florian having to interfere. 58 minutes into the match, Cuipán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Honesto came free, but Nicolas Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antonio Honesto might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nicolas Iratxo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Antonio Honesto ran back to his position shaking his head. Gonzalo Beat kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Antonio Honesto struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Nicolas Iratxo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ciénaga. Claudio Filipo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicolas Iratxo having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Ciénaga's Antonio Honesto dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Prudencio Hurko's late challenge caught a Cuipán FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Prudencio Hurko helped the player get up and apologised. In the 80th minute Gualterio Bernard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luis Florian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Filipo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Nicolas Iratxo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antonio Honesto in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicolas Iratxo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Gualterio Bernard came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Cuipán FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gualterio Bernard couldn't finish the play. 91 minutes into the match, Cuipán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Honesto came free, but Nicolas Iratxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Cuipán FC's zone, Claudio Filipo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicolas Iratxo came out of the goal and Claudio Filipo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Rolando Hermon fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cuipán FC's protests and gave Rolando Hermon a yellow card for diving instead. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Ciénaga players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
