In the 22nd minute, Gualterio Oriche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Boedo AFC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Gualterio Oriche hit a great ball. 30 minutes into the match, Jobson's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Gartxot came free, but Flavio Bihar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Jobson's zone, Alejandro Gartxot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Flavio Bihar came out of the goal and Alejandro Gartxot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 38th match minute, Boedo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Lain to maneuver through the defense. Flavio Bihar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alejandro Gartxot, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Alejandro Gartxot fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavio Bihar having to interfere.
