Guido Ihintza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Guido Ihintza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Roano in the 7th minute of the match. 10 minutes into the match, Jonathan Bidun dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carlos Regis, 1-1. Moises Cordarrell struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Carlos Regis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hualfín AFC. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hualfín AFC's goalkeeper Guido Ihintza, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Jonathan Bidun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Victorio Hibai during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Teo Filipo to make the kick off. Teo Filipo struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Guido Ihintza didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Elortondo. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teo Filipo in the 86th minute of play forced Hualfín AFC's goalkeeper Guido Ihintza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Roano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guido Ihintza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teo Filipo in the 91st minute of the match. Rodolfo Roano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but Guido Ihintza made a huge save. The Elortondo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Elortondo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
