A collision led to Capillitas AFC getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Honorato Oriche hit a great ball. Hilario Bortzaioriz made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Maximino Peter sent off a good shot on target. 23 minutes into the match, Capillitas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Qwinton came free, but Hilario Bortzaioriz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximino Peter got free with Hilario Bortzaioriz in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Capillitas AFC's Hilario Bortzaioriz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelardo Qwinton in the 33rd minute of play. The supporters of Arenales booed when Capillitas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eugenio Botello didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hilario Bortzaioriz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Arenales players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Capillitas AFC were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Epifanio Uhin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arenales's Ezequiel Jon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Arenales from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Capillitas AFC's zone, Maximino Peter stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hilario Bortzaioriz came out of the goal and Maximino Peter tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Abelardo Qwinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 74 minutes into the match, Arenales's goalkeeper Ezequiel Jon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Honorato Oriche. The Capillitas AFC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
