In a very dangerous position, a player in Unión FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! A collision led to Coneta getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Saverio Orkatz hit a great ball. After having played for 21 minutes, Justo Horado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unión FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justo Horado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Agustin Emenon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Dario Carlomagno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dario Carlomagno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeronimo Breogan in the 28th minute of play. If Agustin Emenon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. Unión FC's Dario Carlomagno proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Unión FC from getting a goal against them. In the 65th match minute, Coneta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonides Valentine to maneuver through the defense. It was beautiful to see Unión FC's Amancio Paio in action when he in the 67th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! In the 74th minute, Jeronimo Breogan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jimeno Llorian took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Justo Horado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pastor Frantzes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
