After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Arnaldo Errando managed to get in a good position for a shot. Almafuerte FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Arnaldo Errando was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hugo Millano breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Pablo Errolan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Millano having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arnaldo Errando in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Millano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Arnaldo Errando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Millano having to interfere. Isidro Elixio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Delmiro Lehior tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marcial Rumaldo charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcial Rumaldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Marcial Rumaldo kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victoriano Abastas in the 31st minute of play forced Almafuerte FC's goalkeeper Delmiro Lehior to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Ramon Mouricio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmiro Lehior showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Delmiro Lehior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Abastas in the 35th minute of play. Runciman were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Almafuerte FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ramon Mouricio took the corner. Victoriano Abastas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 41stth minute of the game Victoriano Abastas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Almafuerte FC's Delmiro Lehior was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Almafuerte FC's Aldo Bertol got a free kick in the 42nd minute. In the 43rd minute, Aldo Bertol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Almafuerte FC's Delmiro Lehior played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Elixio in the 44th minute of play. In the 46th match minute, Runciman was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcial Rumaldo to maneuver through the defense. If Pablo Errolan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arnaldo Errando made a kick off. Almafuerte FC's Delmiro Lehior proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Almafuerte FC from getting a goal against them. Pablo Errolan struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Hugo Millano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Almafuerte FC. Pablo Errolan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Hugo Millano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pablo Errolan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hugo Millano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Victoriano Abastas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Lehior having to interfere. In the 89th minute, Victoriano Abastas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
