In the 15th minute Abelardo Juvenal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saverio Perutxo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Timoteo Xabat during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 16th match minute, Carpintería FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timoteo Xabat to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, Carpintería FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abelardo Juvenal came free, but Saverio Perutxo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aureliano Jenaro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zacarias Chale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Higinio Ferran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, Beltrán was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benicio Mederi to maneuver through the defense. If Mateo Tartalo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 99th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Carpintería FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Beltrán had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
