Eustaquio Patrido kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Candido Gomez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ambrosio Xabel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 16th minute Arsenio Tauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Soledad FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Nemesio Leoncio hit a great ball. Angel Diaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Candido Gomez having to interfere. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Eustacio Cisco put in a rough tackle. After 25 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Udaquilla! When Eustacio Donostia fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Udaquilla's protests and gave Eustacio Donostia a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st match minute, Udaquilla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eustacio Donostia to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Inocencio Cristofor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emiliano Arias stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arsenio Tauro's shot from short distance in the 35th minute. In the 38th minute Angel Diaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Candido Gomez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Arsenio Tauro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Arias was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 51 played minutes Udaquilla got a freekick which was hit by Angel Diaz. Marcelino Bras blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Candido Gomez having to make a save. Marcelino Bras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Soledad FC's Candido Gomez got control of the ball when Angel Diaz tried to sneak it across the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelino Bras during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 59 played minutes Udaquilla got a freekick which was hit by Marcelino Bras. When Soledad FC's Arsenio Tauro in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Udaquilla's goalie prevented a goal. In the 73rd minute Astor Merexildo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emiliano Arias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Emiliano Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Merexildo in the 74th minute of the match. If Arsenio Tauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 77th minute, Soledad FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Angel Diaz fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 86th minute, Bernardino Tohias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 88 in the game by Angel Diaz from a close distance when the talented Candido Gomez managed to make a qualified save. Soledad FC's players were relieved. In the 94thth minute of the game Arsenio Tauro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Udaquilla's Emiliano Arias was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nemesio Leoncio's late challenge caught a Udaquilla's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemesio Leoncio helped the player get up and apologised. Nemesio Leoncio kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Soledad FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Udaquilla had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
