Loreto FC's Rogelio Goizeder got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Saverio Berdaitz's late challenge caught a Recreo AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Saverio Berdaitz helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Loreto FC getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Saverio Berdaitz hit a great ball. If Clemente Felo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jorge Bartolome in the 26th minute of play forced Loreto FC's goalkeeper Daniel Bidari to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adrian Beltza's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Filomeno Xabel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Clemente Felo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Daniel Bidari was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Adrian Beltza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Filomeno Xabel made a huge save. After recieving a nice pass, Recreo AFC's Efrain Donio tried to score from far away in the 72nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mauro Ilixo during the 75th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Efrain Donio walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. After 82 played minutes Loreto FC got a freekick which was hit by Rogelio Goizeder. Jorge Bartolome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Daniel Bidari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ricardo Pudes fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Recreo AFC's protests and gave Ricardo Pudes a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Loreto FC booed when Recreo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardo Pudes didn't get a good kick on the ball.
