Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Espeleta booed when Profundidad FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristobal Orlanda didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Profundidad FC's Camilo Petrigai got control of the ball when Severo Galindo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Reynaldo Seber in the 6th minute of play forced Profundidad FC's goalkeeper Camilo Petrigai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 9 minutes, Jonathan Orlondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Profundidad FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Orlondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Severo Galindo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Santos's late challenge caught a Espeleta's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leopoldo Santos helped the player get up and apologised. In the 15th minute, Leopoldo Santos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tomas Gonchan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Domingo Pacorro in the 18th minute of the match. Tomas Gonchan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jonathan Orlondo went, in the 27th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Domingo Pacorro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Tomas Gonchan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Camilo Petrigai was a little too slow when Santiago Maiorga got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 1-1. Camilo Petrigai didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Seber went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. A collision led to Profundidad FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Diego Austin hit a great ball. In the 47th minute, Gaston Cordeal sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Profundidad FC's Camilo Petrigai didn't even have to move. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Orlondo to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 58 minutes, Jonathan Orlondo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Profundidad FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Orlondo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Camilo Petrigai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santiago Maiorga in the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Espeleta's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Orlondo came free, but Tomas Gonchan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Espeleta's Octavio Goito got a free kick in the 65th minute. After having played for 68 minutes, Domingo Pacorro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Profundidad FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Domingo Pacorro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Orlondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Reynaldo Seber sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Espeleta's goalkeeper Tomas Gonchan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Profundidad FC's zone, Severo Galindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Camilo Petrigai came out of the goal and Severo Galindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santiago Maiorga kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. Prospero Castulo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Profundidad FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
