Aurelio Enaut tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Porvenir AFC's Eliseo Balasi got a free kick in the 4th minute. Aurelio Enaut made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Ovando in the 5th minute of play. If Albano Ovando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manantiales's German Pancho got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nestor Oso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Primitivo Afonso in the 14th minute of play. Primitivo Afonso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nestor Oso having to interfere. If Florentino Sancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind Manantiales's goalkeeper Nestor Oso, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Antonio Koldo hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Manantiales's goal looked a bit too open when Florentino Sancho came free, but Nestor Oso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Anastasio Eleder charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anastasio Eleder the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 40th minute of the match Carmelo Esdras shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aurelio Enaut showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Porvenir AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when German Pancho scored to the left of an out of position Aurelio Enaut, making the score, 1-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, German Pancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Manantiales's supporters rose to their feet, but German Pancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aurelio Enaut breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albano Ovando to strike the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Porvenir AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Albano Ovando came free, but Aurelio Enaut reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Albano Ovando's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aurelio Enaut was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Aurelio Enaut took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Pancho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Oso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florentino Sancho went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Anastasio Eleder was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 66 minutes had been played. In the 67th match minute, Porvenir AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anastasio Eleder to maneuver through the defense. If German Pancho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Aurelio Enaut showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albano Ovando, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Florentino Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
