Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Ermegildo Ekaitz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. A collision led to Lagunilla AFC getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ermegildo Ekaitz hit a great ball. Domingos Neto didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 8th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Rivadavia's Domingos Neto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to save Rivadavia from getting a goal against them. Natalio Gamus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gualterio Hats in the 13th minute of play. When Ermegildo Ekaitz came up free with the goalie in the 14th minute, the Lagunilla AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ermegildo Ekaitz couldn't finish the play. 16 minutes into the match, Lagunilla AFC's Jeremias Bernaldo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Domingos Neto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th match minute, Lagunilla AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angel Abajas to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Bela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 27 played minutes Lagunilla AFC got a freekick which was hit by Angel Abajas. Felipe Turi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 28th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Gualterio Hats received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Natalio Gamus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rivadavia's Clemente Intxixu got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Clemente Intxixu took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Natalio Gamus. Natalio Gamus dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Clemente Intxixu to make the kick off. Domingos Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Ekaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 63 minutes, Jeremias Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lagunilla AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jeremias Bernaldo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 64 played minutes Rivadavia got a freekick which was hit by Urbano Tajo. Jeremias Bernaldo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ermegildo Ekaitz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Rivadavia's zone, Jeremias Bernaldo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingos Neto came out of the goal and Jeremias Bernaldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Domingos Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jeremias Bernaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gualterio Hats fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Gamus having to interfere. Clemente Intxixu struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Natalio Gamus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rivadavia. In the 81st minute Clemente Intxixu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Natalio Gamus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Clemente Intxixu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 93 minutes, Amancio Santio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lagunilla AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amancio Santio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Rivadavia players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Lagunilla AFC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
