A collision led to Canals AFC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Siro Quinto hit a great ball. After having played for 4 minutes, Teobaldo Cesaro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chascomús FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teobaldo Cesaro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Chascomús FC's Robustiano Montez got control of the ball when Adan Asier tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 18th minute Anacleto Abilio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Maximino Asier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chascomús FC's Teobaldo Cesaro got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of Chascomús FC booed when Canals AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pastor Justin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chascomús FC's Teobaldo Cesaro got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Angel Kiliz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 26 played minutes Canals AFC got a freekick which was hit by Pastor Justin. In the 27th minute, Joel Demesio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Canals AFC's Maximino Asier didn't even have to move. Adan Asier came free with the goalkeeper in the 33rd minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Robustiano Montez could save by the left post. Anacleto Abilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Maximino Asier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Abilio in the 40th minute of play forced Canals AFC's goalkeeper Maximino Asier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes, Siro Quinto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Canals AFC and the Chascomús FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anacleto Abilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Asier having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobaldo Cesaro in the 45th minute of play forced Canals AFC's goalkeeper Maximino Asier to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Maximino Asier made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Abilio in the 55th minute of play. After having played for 57 minutes, Anacleto Abilio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chascomús FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anacleto Abilio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximino Asier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Teobaldo Cesaro in the 59th minute. Canals AFC's Maximino Asier proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Canals AFC from getting a goal against them. In the 63rd minute of the match, Teobaldo Cesaro got a very nice opportunity to score, but Maximino Asier was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Melchor Salvidor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Canals AFC booed when Chascomús FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Fresco didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Anacleto Abilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leopoldo Fresco hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Adan Asier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robustiano Montez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. Robustiano Montez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adan Asier in the 91st minute of the match. Teobaldo Cesaro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Maximino Asier read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Chascomús FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
