In the 18thth minute of the game Teobaldo Tomi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cavalango AFC's Victorio Petrigai was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Teobaldo Tomi came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Barrialito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teobaldo Tomi couldn't finish the play. After 23 minutes, Camilo Elixio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Cavalango AFC and the Barrialito players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Cavalango AFC's Camilo Elixio got a free kick in the 24th minute. Raul Balasi charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Cavalango AFC booed when Barrialito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gustavo Ugaitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florencio Dunixi might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Candido Intxixu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Florencio Dunixi ran back to his position shaking his head. When Cavalango AFC's Sebastian Arnalt in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie.
