Ismael Leoncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Armando Beturian's late challenge caught a Miranda's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The referee ignored Miranda's protests and gave Gabriel Silvino a yellow card for diving instead. In the 29th minute, Gabriel Silvino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ongamira's Manuel Erramun, in the 30th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Ongamira. Ongamira's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Jacindo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Miranda's Eustacio Silvino got a free kick in the 80th minute. 86 minutes into the match, Ongamira's Esteve Bittor broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Manuel Erramun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Uhin having to interfere. If Silvio Jacindo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 101st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Ongamira had played much better football throughout.
