Godfredo Lartaun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvaro Uhin having to interfere. If Dante Peyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abel Nabar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Godfredo Lartaun notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Miranda's Alvaro Uhin. Alvaro Uhin was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rodrigo Blanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ismael Leoncio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Ismael Leoncio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Rodrigo Blanco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th minute of the match, Godfredo Lartaun got a very nice opportunity to score, but Alvaro Uhin was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Alvaro Uhin made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Godfredo Lartaun sent off a good shot on target. 35 minutes into the game, Mateo Cordera was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Horqueta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miranda the free kick. A collision led to Horqueta getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Mateo Cordera hit a great ball. If Godfredo Lartaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Abel Nabar to strike the kick off in the second half. Abel Nabar took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Alvaro Uhin. Alvaro Uhin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. After having played for 62 minutes, Dante Peyo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Miranda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Peyo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Horqueta's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when Ismael Leoncio scored to the left of an out of position Rodrigo Blanco, making the score, 2-1. Rodrigo Blanco made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Dante Peyo sent off a good shot on target. Rodrigo Blanco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Silvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. The supporters of Miranda booed when Horqueta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albino Gartzen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abel Nabar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Godfredo Lartaun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Miranda getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Celso Esiquio hit a great ball.
