Donato Socorro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ladislao Frechoso to strike the kick off in the second half. Donato Socorro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Shantala in the 55th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzalo Tadzio got free with Donato Socorro in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cosme Esquipula showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cirilo Hurko, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. In the 90th minute, Cirilo Hurko got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 91 minutes into the game, Marcos Ricart was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hickman AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mechita FC the free kick. The supporters of Mechita FC booed when Hickman AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcos Ricart didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 92nd minute Ladislao Frechoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cosme Esquipula saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gonzalo Tadzio got free with Donato Socorro in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mechita FC's Donato Socorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carolo Shantala in the 98th minute of play. Mechita FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
