Segundo Guillerme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Donato Socorro having to interfere. The Mechita FC fans' excitement grew in the 11th match minute when Mechita FC's Cirilo Hurko looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 15th match minute, Mechita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Errando to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Laborde booed when Mechita FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Adriana Rufo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 17th minute of the match Albino Chesus sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Donato Socorro skillfully saved the ball. In the 18th minute, Fausto Errando hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute, Angel Oinatz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Osvaldo Ieltxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jorge Bizi hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Laborde's zone, Ladislao Frechoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Malvin came out of the goal and Ladislao Frechoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Mechita FC's Cirilo Hurko in the 34th minute got a chance for a shot 34th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Laborde's goalie prevented a goal. In the 38th match minute, Mechita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adriana Rufo to maneuver through the defense. Osvaldo Ieltxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Segundo Guillerme sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ladislao Frechoso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes Laborde got a freekick which was hit by Albino Chesus. Mechita FC's Carlos Mitxel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 55th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Laborde. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Laborde's goalkeeper Fidel Malvin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Ladislao Frechoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Laborde's zone, Cirilo Hurko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidel Malvin came out of the goal and Cirilo Hurko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Donato Socorro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Ieltxu in the 67th minute of the match. Osvaldo Ieltxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osvaldo Ieltxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Mechita FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Adriana Rufo hit a great ball. Fidel Malvin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ladislao Frechoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Cirilo Hurko struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Fidel Malvin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mechita FC. If Segundo Guillerme had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mechita FC's Donato Socorro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Guillerme in the 94th minute of play. Jorge Bizi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
