Gustavo Sendoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Chepe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cesar Chepe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Siro Roldanillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mario Cordarius in the 33rd minute of the match. Fernando Ranolfo charged in rather forcefully in the 34th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fernando Ranolfo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Crucesita's Fernando Ranolfo got a free kick in the 34th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mario Cordarius in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Siro Roldanillo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mario Cordarius received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Siro Roldanillo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute Cesar Chepe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gustavo Sendoa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hector Mendebal to strike the kick off in the second half. If Nereo Mendebal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pachimoco's goalkeeper Gustavo Sendoa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Crucesita booed when Pachimoco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Maju didn't get a good kick on the ball. 68 minutes into the match, Crucesita's goalkeeper Siro Roldanillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mario Cordarius. Crucesita's Nereo Mendebal got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gustavo Sendoa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cesar Chepe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Natalio Raymon during the 82nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, Pachimoco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Natalio Raymon to maneuver through the defense. Siro Roldanillo made a fantastic save in the 89th minute, when Mario Cordarius sent off a good shot on target. Cleto Bizen's late challenge caught a Pachimoco's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After having played for 93 minutes, Mario Cordarius managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pachimoco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Cordarius was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Pachimoco's Hector Mendebal nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Siro Roldanillo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Pachimoco's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
